We recently (Feb. '09) made a trip back to Englad to visit Rosie's family on a whim when Rosie found a great deal for us to fly over on British Airlines. The trip was awesome and we got to spend quite a bit of time with family. On Valentines Day we were in London and I was able to buy a rose for Rosie while we walked through Covent Garden. We look forward to many more Blogs in the future.
We also walked to St. Pauls Cathedral while we were there and it snowed on and off for about 10 minutes while we were there. Probably not a huge deal to Rosie, but it was for an Arizona boy who doesn't see it all that often. If I ever get around to getting the video off our camera I will post some video. I think it made Rosie more homesick than actually being with family. Haha.
Oh, one more thing. We also got to have dinner at a nice carvery while in the Midlands and just so my family understands why Dad used to give Rosie a hard time about Yorkshire Puddings, this is what they should look like.
